Our  Survey Department provides large-scale surveys throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York, including commercial surveys in Berkshire County, Pioneer Vally, Worcester, Cambridge, metro-Boston, and other areas throughout Massachusetts. We also actively serve clients in New Haven, Hartford and Naugatuck, Connecticut, eastern New York, among others.

Our highly experienced survey staff employ state-of-the-art computer technology throughout the surveying process, including electronic total stations and GPS for field data collection, deed research and analysis, and CAD-drafted plans, to produce efficient and accurate final surveys.

We routinely assist clients with boundary surveys that are required for may types of projects involving the transfer of property, creation of a subdivision or development of land. Commercial clients need ALTA surveys for refinancing or new construction. Developers and municipalities often need a utility or easement survey for the construction of infrastructure improvements. Architects and builders often require accurate surveys of existing structures and ground features, and precision stakeouts for construction works in progress.
