Steve is Foresight’s Principal Engineer in charge of engineering operations. He has overall responsibility for the activities of Foresight’s diverse and talented Engineering and Survey departments. With Foresight since 1994, he has been involved in all phases of Foresight’s civil engineering, planning, and permitting projects. Mr. Mack, as Foresight Land Services representative, has been a part of the “design team” for numerous private and public developments working closely with architects, landscape architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, electrical engineers and contractors. Marc S. Volk
Vice President, Principal Planner

Marc has been with the firm since 1983, and is directly involved with all phases of our civil engineering design, environmental analysis and permitting, from concept through completion of construction. He is very well versed in environmental permitting and design. Always current on new regulations, laws, interpretations, and practices, he applies them to project sites to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Marc A. LeVasseur
Vice President and Project Manager

Marc has been a member of Foresight Land Services since 2001. During this time, he has been involved in many of Foresight’s civil engineering, planning, and permitting projects. He has represented many projects at public meetings and has experience with local, state, and federal regulations. His duties involve the preparation of construction and bid documents with plans, technical specifications, and quantity and costs estimates, the design of subdivision roadways and utilities, water and sewer system design, hydraulic computations, hydrologic analysis, pond design, dam and bridge repairs and construction, site grading and drainage, construction administration and observation, soil evaluations, wetland permitting, and erosion and sedimentation control measures.
