Monterey Library Redevelopment

Project included civil site design and permitting for the redevelopment of the existing Monterey Library building under guidance and funding from the Massachusetts Board of Libraries Commissioners. Work included design and permitting for work within 200 feet of the Konkapot River, requiring approval from the Monterey Conservation Commission under the Wetlands Protection Act. Site related improvements include development of onsite parking, providing accessible parking and pedestrian access to the existing and proposed expansion of the building and providing a new septic system for the existing and proposed use.
